The best time to request a prescription refill is during your visit with the physician. Please bring your medication bottles, vitamins, etc, including those prescribed by other physicians, to every appointment. The assistant will review them and update your electronic record. They will assist you in getting any written prescriptions you might need during your visit.

When calling for a refill, please have your bottle(s) handy. We will ask for the name of the medication and the dosage. All prescriptions, both maintenance and antibiotics, will be written out and must be picked up by the patient, or a person designated by them, during regular office hours. It can then be delivered to the pharmacy of your choice. Please allow 24 hours from the time you call before coming to our office to pick up the written prescription(s).
